1.Characteristics and Applications:
TBzTD is a safe secondary amine promoter, is mainly used to replace the chulam additives TMTD, TMTMTETD, because the presence of nitrosamine is harmful. N-nitroso dibenzylamine is not carcinogenic according to the published literature. TBzTD can be used as main or auxiliary accelerator for rapid vulcanization in the application of NR, SBR and NBR. It can be used together with ETU in modified Cr as an inhibitor. Compared with TMTD, TBzTD has safer processing and longer scorching time.
